Information we collect
We collect the organisation profile and questionnaire answers you submit. To deliver the report, we collect the email address and consent you provide on the final step. If you book an advisory call, we also collect the booking details you submit, such as your name, email address and organisation context.
How we use it
We use this information to calculate maturity scores, generate and deliver your report, provide requested bookings, handle operational messages, and protect the service from misuse. No account is required.
Service providers
The service uses Supabase for data storage, Groq for report generation, Resend for email delivery, and Cal.com for requested bookings. These providers process information as needed to provide their respective services.
Retention and deletion
Assessment and booking data is retained only as long as needed to provide the service, maintain delivery records, handle support, and meet legal obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.
Your choices
You can choose not to provide an email address, but the report cannot be delivered without it. You can unsubscribe from report emails using the link included in the message. Privacy requests can be sent to the service email address.
